Returns or right of withdrawal of products www.ortopediasilvio.com
The products offered at www.ortopediasilvio.com admit the right of withdrawal. The product will be returned in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (as long as it does not go beyond the mere verification of its good condition and operation). In case of carrying accessories, cables, etc... and they are not returned or if it is not sent in the same original packaging, the good may suffer a depreciation.
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The return shipping costs will always be borne by THE CONTRACTING PARTY. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed, together with the shipping costs, if any, under the terms established in RDL 1/2007, in accordance with the method of payment made by the client, except payment in cash, which will be refunded by bank transfer.
Outside back guarantee:
- For hygienic reasons, can not be returned the toiletries, hygiene, pillows, harnesses, pajamas, fastening belts, positioners, aids for eating, cushions, mattresses and other antiescaras products if they have been removed from their original packaging.
- If the product is impaired after delivery caused by external events, accidents or non-compliance with instructions.
- If the product is damaged by improper installation or configuration of accessories by the customer.
- If a failure caused by a component not supplied by us is produced.
- If it comes to a product manufactured or custom tailor.
- If the product is not in perfect condition and with all original content.
- If the packaging has not been protected so we receive it in perfect condition.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, he shallyou notify its decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent by mail, fax or email). We recommend that you contact us via e-mail to help them in the process.

You may use the model withdrawal form to be received along with the invoice, although its use is not mandatory. You also have the option to electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our e silvio@ortopediasilvio.com. If you use this option, we will communicate through the same medium without delay receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal period it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on its part, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive mode of delivery ordinary that we offer) without undue delay and,in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of its decision to withdraw from this contract. We proceed to effect such reimbursement by bank transfer to the account you specify; in any case, will not incur any fees as a result of repayment.
The refund will be retained until the receipt of goods and having checked the status of the same.
We collect the goods with our transport agency and you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
