One of the groups most affected by this increase would be to pensioners to be also the most consumed drugs. For those pensioners with incomes less than 18,000 per year, the maximum would pay 8 euros per month to 8.14. For those earning between 18,000 and 100,000 euros the limit would increase from 18 to 18.32 euros per month and those who exceed 100,000 euros of income, the cap would be at 61.08 instead of 60 so far.
