Effects: Its function is to achieve the most complete limitation of mobility of the wrist, keeping it in a position of 10º of extension, slight cubital deviation of 10º, allowing metocarpofalángica mobility except the thumb.

Indications: As a treatment for pain, posttraumatic pain, as a complement for stabilization of the wrist after arthrodesis. As a post-operative treatment, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendosynovitis and inflammatory processes in the carpal region. Rizarthrosis of the thumb, lesions in which a metacarpophalangeal immobilization of the thumb, Bennett fracture-dislocation is required. Given its characteristics allows small adjustments and adaptations.
