Made of low profile, lightweight aluminum, it is provided with dynamic polycentric joints with control and limitation of the flexo-extension.
Made of low profile, lightweight aluminum, it is provided with dynamic polycentric joints with control and limitation of the flexo-extension. Non-slip inner lining that provides comfort and protection. The joints incorporate condylar cushions with an air chamber. For the regulation of the flexo-extension has wedges of galvanized steel (prevent corrosion) and of different graduation. Limitation range: Extension: 0 °, 10 °, 20 °, 30 °, 40 °. Flexion: 45 °, 60 °, 75 °, 90 °. The medium side plates allow a small individual adaptation. Regulation system and support by adjustable straps that incorporate non-slip protection pads for a better fit.
Efectos:Control of the mobility of the knee joint. Mid-lateral stabilization valgo-varus. Limitation of the anterior-posterior tibial slip (cajon effect). Control of hyper-extension and medial rotation.
Indications:Collateral ligament injuries (ruptures), conservative treatment of instabilities resulting from combined knee injuries, torn cruciate ligaments combined with collateral ligamentous injuries (Triada), as post-surgical treatment in ligament surgery (ACL) and (LCD) .
