Bivalve corset formed by a front plate, a back plate and lateral overlap zones all in thermoplastic and strong shaped lateral whales. They are lined with strong external fabric and soft inner loop fabric, joined together by lateral zipper and with anteroposterior adjustment straps with distal areas of greater surface and micro-hook to be fixed to the velor that covers the front plate. The TLSO model has padded shoulder straps that make the shoulder thrust from the top avoiding discomfort at the axillary level when inserted into textile guides. The distal tips of the straps with microgancho can be cut according to the height and width of the patient.

Effects:

There is an anteroposterior compression that allows the tension on the disks and ligaments to be released, leading to the correction of hyperlordosis.
