Made in three-dimensional knitted fabric, providing greater transverse elasticity while exerting the necessary compression in each area, this new concept of knitted fabric provides a better fixation on the skin and stability during movement, not requiring any system of fixation. It incorporates a viscoelastic ring-shaped pad that controls the control of the patella and which, in the manner of stops, prevent or reduce the displacements of the latter in the upper or lower lateral direction.

During the movement, the pressure exerted around the patella on the soft tissues intermittently improves the cellular metabolism and favors the reabsorption of edema, spills and bruises. It incorporates lateral stabilizers to prevent the orthosis from rolling up and obtain better mid-lateral control. The knee brace is very comfortable and pleasant to wear especially in the popliteal hollow thanks to the soft and breathable knit fabric. The visco-elastic pad is thinner in the distal area to release the patellar tendon that may be inflamed if there is dislocation or subluxation.
