Consisting of one arm and one forearm valve connected to each other by a single-center joint with the possibility of adjusting flexoextension from 0º to 90º in intervals of 30º in 30º.
The articulation with plates that are embedded in fabric with microvelcro that allows us to adapt to the length of the treated upper limb. The valves, cut anatomically and perforated to improve perspiration, have an outer layer of velor, an internal soft hypoallergenic towel and a thermoplastic core that provides support and rigidity. Adjustment straps and double-sided velor closure with pin buckle.

Diaphyseal humeral fractures. Fractures of the lower third of humerus (supracondylar). Fractures of ulna and radius. Pathological fractures (osteolytic metastases). In surgery of the elbow ligaments. With palmar splint: In case of neurapraxia (transient paralysis), due to the traumatic agent, the use of the orthosis with palmar support is recommended.
