Both the lumbar and dorsal areas are made of breathable fabric of honeycomb and curl inside. The dorsal area incorporates malleable aluminum strips with preformed morphology in the dorsal area, semi-elastic straps in soft quilted fabric and adaptable to fit the armpit area for greater comfort. The lumbosacral zone consists of a sash with a lumbar structure in aluminum and transverse superior whales. The straps have been made in their inner edge from the beginning on the dorsal side to the shoulders of a more rigid edging, for a greater adaptation of the dorsal area thus allowing that the elasticity of the same is greater in the area of the armpit.
Effects: Through abdominal compression, a slight deglossation is obtained, causing a limitation of the movement in the lumbar zone in antero-posterior, lateral and rotational sense. The dorsal component will give us a descending effect. The shoulder straps make a retropulsion of shoulders.
Especially indicated in patients affected by incorrect kyphosis, vertebral wedge, dorso-lumbar trauma, infectious diseases affecting the dorsal spine, disc hernias, postoperative, osteoporosis vertebral fractures and in all cases where we are interested in a correctionOf the kyphotic curve. Some low back T-8, T-12, associated with low back pain that require a temporary immobilization (patient movements, mechanical and labor stresses, etc.). In those cases where they partially require a thoracic containment at some times of the day and according to the activity. The model of pendulum abdomen is indicated in people with prominent abdomen (Ref .: TC200A).
