The transport of your order in Spain - Portugal (peninsula)
All purchases will be delivered to the address stated by the customer, except for the absence of the recipient or its weight, volume or nature of the property and not allow a person to surrender, in which case it shall be made front door or delegation destination.
In case of absence of the recipient note of attempted delivery notice will be left.
The general deadline is 10 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Silvio Orthopedics not be responsible for delays that occur through no fault of their management or force majeure. The provision of services will be made on weekdays and weekday days. In computing time periods are excluded holidays of the town of delivery.
If you choose the transportation option Correos, will be 10 days and the cost is € 9.
If you choose the transport company Seur, the delivery time is much faster, and as a general ruleIt is between 48 and 72 hours and the cost is 12 €.
There is also the possibility to store pickup, free of charge, but subject to confirmation by Silvio Orthopedics as available for pick up. It will notify the customer either by email or phone for this purpose.
These deadlines are regardless of weekends and holidays.
All orders received Orthopedics Silvio, from 13:00, they will be counted as received the next day.
If your order is above 60 €, will not be charged anything on transportation, this option is only available in Spain (Peninsula)

Spain (Peninsula) Seur 12 euros, 60 euros from ordering, free shipping. Delivery within 48-72 hours.
Spain (Baleares) Seur from 12 to 18 euros, from 500 euros order, free shipping. Delivery within 48-72 hours.
Spain (Ceutaand Melilla) Seur from 60 to 120 euros, depending on the volume of the package. Delivery 15 working days.
Spain (Canary Islands) Seur from 60 to 120 euros, depending on the volume of the package. Delivery 15 working days.
Europe (CEE) 40 to 185 euros, depending on the volume of the package. Delivery within 20 working days.
America from 90 to 400 euros, depending on the volume of the package. Delivery within 30 working days.
Also we note that after entering the delivery address, the system will calculate the exact amount of shipping.
Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and areas outside the European Customs Union do not include the costs (tariffs) on imports, which will be paid in cash on arrival by the receiver of the goods.
